Welcome to a Lighter Spirit -
 
I like people, love life and have a high regard for each person's right and responsibility to make sense of their own living in their own way.
 
To this end I facilitate tailor-made ceremonies for significant life moments: baby blessings and christenings, weddings and marriages, funerals and wakes.
 
As a registered life coach I offer support for individuals seeking growth and crisis assistance and for couples.
 
Drawing on my training and experience I also present a variety of courses and lead retreats.
